Brick is for medium-red hair with a brown tint found on dark Hereford, Red Angus and medium Shorthorn colored cattle. Copper is for medium-red hair with faint-brown tint found on Hereford, Red Angus and light Shorthorn colored cattle. Dark Crimson is for darkest red colored hair found in Shorthorn cattle. Fawn is for light red hair with an orange tint, found on light-colored Hereford, Gelbvieh, Limousin and Red Angus cattle. Jet Black covers completely with the blackest appearance; works well on dull hair and on bellies to give the image of a deeper bodied animal. Red Velvet is for medium-dark red colored hair, especially dark red Shorthorn and Red Angus cattle. Silver Fox is for grey and silver hair, as found on Charolais-influenced cattle.
